Depending on your purchased package, you have the option to offer guests a Progressive Web App (PWA) access or downloadable mobile app.

PWA is a web link that opens an online in-browser app. there is no need for a user profile or log in.

Step 2: Make a user profile

To use the Nevron Mobile app, guests need to create their own profile when first opening the app.

Step 3: add a stay by clicking the “+” button

The Stay reservation ID is provided to the guest by hotel management. This can be in the form of a physical ticket next to the tablet, by email, or some other method.

In each catalog, dashboard and item, you can find a direct link and QR code to the specific element. You can use these to promote the PWA version of the Nevron Mobile Solution to your guests.
