Fast check-in
The fast check-in is a mobile only feature that allows guests to submit their check-in information in advance and expedite the check-in process.
The guest can submit their title, name, year of birth, nationality, and document photos.
Multiple guests can be checked in at the same time by pressing the “Check in another guest” button.
After completing the check-in process, a notification email will be sent to both the hotel email of choice and the guest who completed the check-in.
Configuring Fast check-in
To properly set up the Fast check-in you need to type in the correct email in the Staff email field. You can choose multiple and separate them with a comma.
Reviewing the checked-in guests
A notification will be sent to all the addresses listed in the staff email field.
The checked-in guest will be displayed in the guests section of Nevron manager. You can find it in the left side menu in the general section.
