Self check-out

Self check-out is a TV only feature that allows guests to check out of their room using the in-room television. You can enable this feature and collect the keys in a box at the reception for the guests to leave once they exit the building.

How to enable the Self check-out

Step 1: Locate the User settings tab

Step 2: Enable the Request Check-out option and make sure the correct staff email is typed in

Step 3: Click the Update button
