Skip cleaning

The skip cleaning module is a feature that allows guests to skip the cleaning service on days of their choice.

This promotes your property’s sustainability and manages unnecessary waste and labor.

In exchange for skipped cleaning days, you can offer guests discounts or a similar reward which can further boost your revenue.

The module works by automatic notifications being sent to a staff email. The notification includes a room number and days on which the guest requested the service to be skipped.

Configuring Skip cleaning

To properly set up the Skip cleaning you need to type in the correct email in the Staff email field. You can choose multiple and separate them with a comma.

A notification will be sent to all the addresses listed in the staff email field.
