Contacts



The Contacts feature allows guests to quickly access important mobile contacts from one location.

There is also an option to display working hours to avoid any confusion and frustration.


Adding and editing a new contact


Step 1: Add a new contact

To add a new catalog digital service, click on the "Add" button located within the tab.

Step 2: Give your new contact a name

Make sure the name clearly communicates who the contact is and click on the "Next" button.


Step 3: Add a phone number

Write down the country code and number that relates to the name. Every number must begin with a country code.


Step 4: Add working hours

Set the correct working hours by using the slider provided. For a more detailed description, click the “More options” button.

Always save your changes: Once you've finalized the details, click on the "Save" button to apply and save all of your changes.
