Guests
The guests section is a list of all checked-in guests. A details page can be viewed and edited by clicking on a guest name.
How to add and manage guests
Step 1: Locate the guests tab
The guests tab is the default page that opens when you click on the Guests button in the left side menu.

Step 2: Add or select a guest
In this tab you have two options. You can check-in a new guest by clicking “+ Check-in guest” or select to edit an existing one. All of the self Fast check-in guests will also be listed here.
If you choose to check in a guest, follow the form process and fill out all the important guest information.

How to edit guest details
To change or add guest information, click on the name of the guest wish to edit. A new window will open in editing mode, where you can add information and other settings.
General information
In the general information tab, you can edit:
- Salutation
- Sex
- Name
- Surname
- Company (for business trips).

Personal data
In the personal data tab you can edit:
- Document type,
- Identity number
- Identification document photo
- Date of birth
- Place of birth
- Nationality
- Tax number.

User
Each guest has a connected user profile that is added by default. The user can be viewed in the right side menu. This helps keep the guest unique even if two have the same name. Make sure, the user is assigned the correct account at all times.
Contacts
You can add a point of contact for each guest by clicking the “+” button in the right side contact field. There are several different types of contact that can be added.

Interests
The interests tab on the right is a collection of all the interests that are identified during the process of submitting the📄 My interestsquestionnaire.
Stays
Each guest is automatically assigned📄 Stays. Without a connected active stay, the guest will not be able to access the Nevron mobile app.

Related customers
If there is more than one guest staying in the room they will appear in the “Related customers” tab.
