Mobile chat
The fast check-in is a mobile only feature that allows guests to submit their check-in information in advance and expedite the check-in process.
The guest can submit their title, name, year of birth, nationality, and document photos.
Multiple guests can be checked in at the same time by pressing the “Check in another guest” button.
After completing the check-in process, a notification email will be sent to both the hotel email of choice and the guest who completed the check-in.

You can view your messages and reply to clients by clicking on the chat icon. Make sure you chat is properly configured by following the steps below.

How to configure mobile chat
Step 1: Locate the other settings tab
You can find the other setting tab in the Settings menu, under the System services tab.

Step 2: Select the chat manager
Select the chat manager from the dropdown. The managers are selected form the existing manager users. You can create a new user specifically for managing chat by following the steps on this page: 📄 Editing a user or adding a new one
The chat name displayed inside the mobile app will reflect the chat user selected in this tab.
