The Rooms section of NevronWare helps you keep track of your property and guests.


How to connect guests, stays, and devices to a room

Your list of rooms should include every room available at your property. If some are missing from the list, you can add them using the “Add” button.

Stays

To connect a guest with a specific room, scroll down to the “Stays” section and click the “+” button. A popup will open, asking you to select a stay from your 📄 ! Stayslist. When you click “Next” the stay will be connected and added to the list in this section.

Devices

To correctly set up a room that has a Nevron TV system, a device needs to be assigned. To assign one, scroll down to the devices section and click the “+” button. A popup will open, asking you to select the correct device from your list of 📄 Devices. This will usually be a STB (Set Top Box) device.

How to add Room type


Step 1: Locate the Room type tab

From the left side menu, choose the rooms tab. A window will display with two options: Rooms and Room type. Select the Room type tab.

Step 2: Add a room type

Click the “Add” and give your room a name in the popup that appears. We suggest using a descriptive name like: Double, single, deluxe, twin, queen, suite…


Step 3: Assign room type to a room

This can be done in the Rooms tab for every room separately. You can find the setting on the right top side.

Always save your changes: Once you've finalized the details, click on the "Save" button to apply and save all of your changes.
