How to connect devices to rooms

STB and TV devices can be assigned to 📄 ! Roomswhile mobile devices cannot. Follow these steps to connect your device to a room.

Step 1: Find out the device MAC number

If you are using STB devices provided by Nevron, the MAC number can be found on the back side. Write down the last 4 digits of the MAC and the room number.

Step 2: Locate the device in the list

Writ down the last 4 MAC digits into the search bar above the device list. Click on the MAC to open the editing window.

Step 3: Assign the correct room

Click the “+” button in the right side rooms section to open a popup. From there you can select a room or create a new one.

Step 4: Edit other details

Add more information like Device name, Account, and time zone.

Always save your changes: Once you've finalized the details, click on the "Save" button to apply and save all of your changes.
