Accounts
Accounts are used together withđź“„ ! Packagesto differentiate between different types of guests. They can be also used to sort guests by language and set the default language for their account.
If you wish to show the content to all of your guests, in a default language you only need the default account. Make sure it has the public option enabled and assign it to all of your items.

For example: The property accepts Regular and VIP guests. Accounts can be assigned to either users or devices (rooms). The VIP guests have the option of room service, but the regular guests do not. Let’s follow this example to set up the packages and content to enable this feature.
Adding different accounts
Step 1: Click the “Add” button
Since we already have a “Default” account on the list, let’s use that as an account for regular guests. A popup will appear asking you to name the package. Let’s name it VIP guest.
Step 2: Assign đź“„ ! Packagesto the account
Make sure the account has the default and VIP packages assigned.

Step 3: Devices and Users
Click the “+” button and select the desired Users and Devices from the popup. Only the linked ones will be able to view the VIP package content.
